Lawrence Koppy is an Oregon native living in the high desert of Central Oregon. He has been a small business owner for many years supplying services to architectural and engineering firms.

He is a graduate of Eastern Oregon University with degrees in writing and history along with having personal interests in travel, art, and the outdoors. In his younger days he traveled through Central Europe by bicycle while getting to see Eastern Europe on a cycling tour the summer before the Wall came down. In the late 80's had the opportunity to hike a length of the Everest Trail in Nepal.

He comes to online writing hoping to entertain and inform those kind enough to stop by and read his articles while polishing his skills at the same time. Your comments are welcome and appreciated.
